I hope every one had a wonderful Easter, we did. We spent it with Hans' mom and dad in Montrose. Apparently, when we come to Montrose though, it rains. In October it also rained...which according to Steve was the last time it rained. Needless to say, out Easter egg hunt was rained out. It decided to rain from 8:30am-9:30am, which was exactly the time when the Easter egg hunt was happening. Minus Easter basket, Garett did get to look for some eggs in the church basement on Sunday. Surprisingly, he was not sitting and listening in church so Garett and Grandma went downstairs to look for candy. At least we practiced putting eggs in his fancy Elmo basket a lot at home and a little at grandma and grandpa's house. Personally, I find the Easter Bunny a little creepy, but Garett was only interested in the candy. You can see him looking at something behind the camera...that would be candy! Hey at least he was noticing the candy and not the Easter bunnies hanging from the bench...weird I know.  

And now with Easter past, we can look forward to spring...unless of course you live in Denver and the following weekend you receive 20 INCHES of snow.  But in true Denver form, you wait a little bit and the weather will change to a beautiful 70 degrees by Monday. Now we can start Spring!
